Caitlin is a coterminal student in the Biomedical Engineering department, and will be graduating in December 2017. She joined the Corr research group in summer 2017. Her work focuses on the comparison of different methods for the mechanical testing of polymers. Currently, she is analyzing PDMS using tensile, compressive, rheological, and nanoindentation testing to evaluate the similarity in gel characteristics found with each method. Outside of lab, she enjoys stage lighting, reading, and watching movies.
